It is November 1989 and just like the world, Jarle Klepp, from Stavanger, is also changing. He plays guitar and sings in a local punk band, has a great girlfriend and a really cool best friend. But this all changes when a new boy comes into the class; Yngve. Jarle can't help but be completely fascinated by him. Soon his world is turned upside down.
