What a disappointment this film is, laughable and scandalous that it can even bear the title 'James Bond'.

Everything James Bond stands for in the entire series is completely thrown overboard in one film.

I honestly never felt like I was watching a Bond movie.

I always thought Daniel Craig lacked some charm as Bond, but now that the makers are trying to kill the entire character it doesn't matter anymore.

The story is unnecessarily long-winded drawn out with semi-interesting stuff. If this had been a 'normal' action movie, nobody would have cared about it.

The makers clearly go with the current time when everyone is terrified of doing something wrong and hurting people. As a result, everything is thrown into the blender and you get a tasteless and salt-free end product, an incomprehensible choice in such a legendary film series.

James Woke. Bah.

It starts off quite nice with an exciting opening scene and then a chase with some nice stunts, but then it collapses a bit. A mediocre story that becomes less and less interesting. The cast is quite okay with Craig, Waltz, Seydoux and Malek, although I don't think the latter is very successful as a villain.

And what's up with that Woke thing? Moneypenny is suddenly a black woman and Q is gay. Now I have nothing against that per se, but this feels too forced. It MUST be made clear that Q is gay, even if that adds absolutely nothing to the story. I'm getting a little tired of that Woke thing getting pushed down your throat all the time. One point off for that.

Watched the movie on the big screen last year. Great plot. Looking forward to the next one!
