This week, it was reported that Aaron Taylor-Johnson has officially been offered the role of James Bond.
With an announcement yet to come, though, another major aspect of the film series has gone under the radar.
That is, of course, the announcement regarding the next Bond theme and who will sing it.
There have been some truly iconic songs to accompany 007 movies over the years, like 'Goldfinger' by Shirley Bassey, 'Live and Let Die' by Paul McCartney, 'Nobody Does it Better' by Carly Simon, 'Goldeneye' by Tina Turner, 'You Know My Name' by Chris Cornell and 'Skyfall' by Adele.
Skyfall won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
For the last movie, No Time to Die, the theme was sung by Billie Eilish.
According to bookmaker Paddy Power, the two favourites to sing the next theme are Dua Lipa and Lady Gaga. Also in the running are Lana Del Rey, Raye and SZA. It was previously reported that Harry Styles and Ed Sheeran were favourites, but they have apparently fallen out of the running.
Here's the odds:
Dua Lipa - 10/3
Lady Gaga - 10/3
Lana Del Rey - 5/1
Raye - 5/1
SZA - 7/1
Dua Lipa and Lady Gaga are, of course, actors in their own right now, and the former even recently starred in the Bond-esque spy caper Argylle.
