The Bear plot

We follow Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, a young chef who comes from the world of fine dining. After a heartbreaking death within his family, he returns to his hometown of Chicago to run the family-owned sandwich shop, "The Original Beef of Chicagoland." Great season, but a big step back from the previous one. The Bear finally opens its doors and takes you into the world of haute cuisine in a Chef's Table-like manner. A downside, however, is that there are too many side issues and the series loses its focus. Season 3 therefore feels more like the first part, than a standalone season. But of course, not every course has to be equally impressive for an overall unforgettable experience.
