"Power corrupts."
A teenage girl with abnormal abilities fights for justice after her brother's murder at the hands of corrupt police officers and subsequent cover-up. Disappointing sequel to the not bad original. Plot, characters and action scenes are a lot less interesting this time. A reasonably successful scene here and there, but the film is simply too weak and above all too tame. Missed opportunity.

Decent but not as good as part 1. The story is nice but has some plot holes. The structure is quite good and the film flows smoothly. But it's not really original at all. The story is also too predictable. The action scenes are okay, but the CGI is limited. The acting is adequate. Visually good at times, but as indicated the film sometimes contains some mediocre scenes. 2.5/ / 3.0
