A Taste of Romance plot
The uptight Sara Westbrook is chef and co-owner of the small French bistro Chez Varenne. When a group of rough-and-tumble firefighters, led by ex-firefighter Gill Callahan and his friend Danny Marsh, open The Five Alarm Grill next door to Chez Varenne, the small bistro struggles, while the large restaurant becomes very successful. Then Sara meets Hannah, Gill's ten-year-old daughter, who, like herself, grows up without a mother. Soon, Hannah tries to pair Sara with Gill.
