A hardened serial killer targets a grieving woman. When the two are isolated, deep in the forest, he injects her with a paralyzing agent. As the drug gradually takes over her body, the woman must run, hide and fight for her life before her entire nervous system shuts down.

Nice film about a serial killer who targets a grieving woman. The film opens well, after which the course sometimes becomes predictable and unbelievable. Still, it is easy to watch because of the beautiful setting and because there is enough progress and is quite exciting at times.

Strong premise. A suicidal woman is saved by a serial killer and then given a muscle relaxant to use for his own purposes. 'Don't Move' (2024) does a good job of portraying the helpless situation of Iris (Kelsey Asbille) with close-ups and various horror situations. Especially when the perpetrator and victim encounter various other people on their path. The bitter irony is that Iris cannot make her emergency situation known to others, while the serial killer chatterbox keeps making up stories to save his life. Unfortunately, 'Don't Move' (2024) is another thriller in which its own gimmick (paralyzed protagonist) is not consistently executed. It becomes a bit lame when she can suddenly perform complex movements and is then again stopped by the paralysis.

Not really a horror, but an interesting and reasonably strong thriller. Not for the first time where we are dealing with a lone wolf kidnapping in a desolate place where the traditional escape is impeded by a paralyzing drug. Maybe not always applied consistently, but apart from that quite exciting.
Of course, as always, the weak progress that the victim is always found. In reality, that often seems impossible. Nice to stir up contradiction in the suicidal woman when she later does want to fight for her life.
Not really innovative, but well done. I also thought the acting was good. I enjoyed watching it, the film flew by.
