"...don’t expect to like ‘em."
The longstanding friendship between Mikey (Peter Falk) and Nicky (John Cassavetes) is put to the test when Nicky calls his friend again to help him out of trouble. This time because there is a price on his head for stealing money from his Mafia boss. Mikey comes, as always, to help him. He smuggles him out of the hotel where he is hiding and works out an escape plan. Strangely, Nicky keeps changing the plan and a hit man keeps chasing them.
