Indochina, late 1920s. After school holidays, a 15-year-old girl returns by bus to Saigon, where she is boarding at a high school. During a layover, she is offered a lift by a young Chinese who moves in a large limousine with a driver. The man is 32 and just returned from Paris. He is the sole heir to a very wealthy real estate agent. Soon after this first contact, they meet again, in the Chinese's room, somewhere in a noisy city district. They have a passionate relationship for a year and a half. Again and again the girl is driven to her so experienced lover.
