Finding Neverland plot
"Where will your imagination take you?"
London, 1904. Playwright James M. Barrie (Johnny Depp) finds himself trapped in the rules of his existence. He finds refuge in his colorful fantasy in which everything is possible. When he meets widow Sylvia (Kate Winslet) and her four children, Barrie finds the inspiration for his most famous work: Peter Pan. He shares with the family the magic of believing in your own fantasy to create a world where anything is possible.

I love Depp and his diverse roles, but find it enriching to see him in a "normal" role every now and then without a character. .
Truly a beautiful movie. A nice balance in which the fantasy takes me back to childhood when everything was possible and existed.
The actors are strong on all fronts. I've enjoyed it.

Nice story about "use your imagination" and "never growing up". Winslet again of the well-known vintage intensity. Kiddos played fantastic. Only... I'm not crazy about Depp, but the guy just doesn't radiate what he's supposed to play in the movie. First and foremost, a great childhood friend. Another actor had taken more mileage out of the role. Unfortunately.
