"Let the mind games begin."
The lives of four young men are turned upside down after their beloved wives purchase the book from Harvey, a relationship expert whose advice they are only too happy to follow. The problem is that Harvey himself is struggling to get his relationship in order. When the men get wind of the affair together, they decide to turn the tables and take the women back considerably.

Generalizing, predictable, clichéd, melodramatic and bland.
The characters and the stories have not once surprised or touched me. There was just a small smile here and there. It's a matter of taste and it's really not my taste.
Still I watched it.... amazing because normally I quickly zap away.
I think it's a bit comparable to a bag of tasteless chips that you keep eating automatically when you don't really like them at all. And when it's gone you think with a hangover feeling "why the hell did I do this?!"

Just a comment on those who find this film long-winded and monotonous: not at all.. and every woman can find herself in something.. I think the film is funny and absolutely worth it.. cast of men is a bit less but the women cast is a great selection!
And men: (since most of the men were critical) Beware.. a lot of truth is in this movie...

Mediocre.
Typical Kevin Hart comedy, with lots of noise and noise. Occasionally a nice scene to see, but with a playing time of the full 2 hours, the usual paths are chosen too often, which again makes the drama part (unnecessarily) syrupy.
