L'Ex-femme de Ma Vie plot

Tom and Nina have been separated for seven years and have not had any contact with each other since then. During a dinner in a restaurant, where Tom and his new fiancée Ariane are discussing their upcoming wedding plans, Nina suddenly reappears: she is seven months pregnant and has just been abandoned by her boyfriend. She has no place to stay overnight and Tom is forced to let Nina stay (temporarily) in his own house. This does not happen without problems, because Nina has a special circle of friends, including Marie-Pierre, a psychiatrist with somewhat extravagant methods...
