Nice film about a boy who doesn't want to grow up and who lives in a magical world. Not exactly the first film adaptation of the well-known story by JM Barie. It all looks good with nice locations, costumes and camera work. However, it doesn't really make an impression anywhere. Perhaps 3.5 stars if you are not familiar with earlier versions and a bit younger (which is not the case for me)

Big Disney fan here, but I'm not thrilled.
It looked nice, but that's about all. Even Jude Law couldn't make it.
It was very green screen and I personally found Neverland very gray and dark. Now I often like dark, but not for Neverland in that kind of movie. 
Give me Robin Williams and Bangerang!

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the image and the effects, but the story is incoherent, lacks depth and explanation and leaves a lot out of the original film with regard to the story. The most beautiful scenes from the first Disney animation film have been omitted and therefore lacks the magic and imagination.
Would have liked to see a little more depth on the band of "James" and Pan. Tinkerbell was actually way too sweet and the crocodile was impressive but didn't have the role he had. A big plus, the film is very inclusive as far as the cast is concerned!

Well… a dragon of a youth film!
Not because of what many people say the gender or ethnicity changes. Top acted by the boy with Down's syndrome and I also thought Tinker Bell was fine.
I had a lot of trouble with Wendy, I didn't think she fit in the movie at all. Not a lovely girl who does tough things but a kenau child who is very annoying.
The characters didn't live for me, there was no sjeu in it, no character. The story has left some nice parts from the cartoon but nothing nice in return. And there was no laughing at all.
Shame!!
