The Tyrant plot
The United States exposes a secret project in South Korea. The Americans demand that the project be scrapped, but something goes wrong when the NIS wants to hand over a sample. Paul, an American secret agent, puts intense pressure on the NIS and confronts the leader of the project, Director Choe. Meanwhile, Jagyeong, a key figure in the case, and Lim Sang, a retired veteran, both go after Director Choe's subordinate Moyong for different reasons. The situation takes an unexpected turn when they all end up at the same place.
