Carefully constructed and beautifully crafted SF series about the people who live and work around 'The Loop', a machine that can unlock the secrets of the universe. However, don't expect a spectacle and clear answers; the emphasis is on the characters, who are all very beautifully developed. Certain things fit together like a puzzle, others don't. The tone is melancholic and focuses mainly on the phenomenon of time, in all its forms. Not all episodes are equally exciting, but after seeing the gripping finale I was quite impressed.
