Hostages plot

The day before Dr. Ellen Sanders has to operate on President Kincaid, her family is taken hostage by Duncan Carlisle and his companions Archer, Sandrine and Kramer. If Ellen doesn't make sure the president dies during the operation, her family will be killed. Ellen finds herself in a dilemma where she has to make choices that she doesn't want to make at all. In addition, she has to deal with her family in which everyone turns out to have secrets.
