There have always been rumors about lawyer Anouk Boone. The fact that she became the youngest candidate partner ever at her firm was only due to the brief affair with her professor, the flamboyant professor Hartman. In the six-part series De F*ckulteit, lawyer Anouk (a sublime Julia Akkermans) is painfully reminded of her affair during her student days with professor Patrick Hartman (a smooth Fedja van Huêt). She has now risen to become a successful lawyer at a renowned firm in the Zuidas in Amsterdam. In an addictive and layered drama, we see how Hartman viciously invades her now settled life and how Anouk's paranoia gets the upper hand. De F*ckulteit is dramatic and exciting, and paints - sometimes not very nuanced - a shocking picture of dependency and intimidation. As if #MeToo has never gone away. Created by Dorien Goertzen (Swanenburg, Nieuwe Buren) and directed by Simone van Dusseldorp (Klem), this is a top Dutch drama.
