De Droom van de Jeugd plot

Over a period of many decades, the family relationships of the originally Catholic Wander family are exposed. A normal family that is weighed down by a big secret that seeps like poison through several generations. The family is followed from the 1960s to the present, including various historical events and social movements. The relationship between the four children becomes tense as each generation has to fight for their freedom and identity.
