I already thought the 2021 film was very good. But this series is also a pleasure to watch. It is as if you are literally involved in the company and can follow everything. In between, emotional things also happen to the people in this restaurant, which do affect me.

The struggles, nature and experiences of the characters, which are ultimately what it's all about, lack some depth.
The kitchen "coup de feu"s and tensions are lavishly and skillfully rendered and it must be admitted that many of the dishes were indeed quite inviting.
Series didn't need 4 hours for a long time.
