The plot reminded me of Dutroux and his girlfriend.
The big disadvantage of this series, with too long running time for only one story, is that a large part of the time is filled with weak moments in the story, with very unlikely events towards the last episodes and certainly not to mention the occasional damn cops. Because this last one was put down a few times very stupid. Anyway, this gives the criminals new opportunities and the whole thing can be stretched again. I can't fault the cast, especially Stine was portrayed very well. The whole thing remained interesting with some tense moments.

There are quite a few mistakes in the series.
Child is beaten immediately a red cheek a few hours later nothing to see. And often no gloves. Why does mother go to a hotel and leave her phone off, even though she often calls Johannes? And a psychologist who doesn't know how a child reacts??
