The idealistic Eurocrat Hans-Joachim Dorfmann goes to work in Brussels for the agricultural commission of the EEC. The leader of this is the cocky Michael Spearpoint. Dorfmann is being watched by entrepreneur Vlad Milcic. Dorfmann is immediately annoyed by the profiteering mentality of European officials. He also notes that there is widespread corruption.
