Red Oaks plot

Twenty-year-old David Meyers works as a professional tennis player at Red Oaks Country Club in New Jersey in 1985. He does this during the summer holidays before going to his final year of training. Together with his good friend Wheeler, he experiences some uncomfortable and interesting situations. David doesn't just work for the Country Club, he learns more about life there. Red Oaks explores themes such as adolescence, relationships, socioeconomic status and the pursuit of happiness.
