The Powerpuff Girls plot
The Powerpuff Girls revolves around three girls with superpowers who have to save their city, called 'Townsville', from monsters and criminals. The three were created by Professor Utonium, who attempted to create the perfect girl. For this he mixed 'sugar, salt and things you love'. When Professor Utonium accidentally bumped into a glass vessel of 'Element X', which then fell into the vessel containing the brew, it caused an explosion, and the Powerpuff Girls were born.

My vote is based on how I experienced it as a little girl. I still see it every now and then with my son, but unfortunately I no longer have the same fantasy as before 
. I watched this series daily, exciting every time. The wildest fantasies of how ms. Bellum would look like.

As a kid I thought this was one of the funnier Cartoon Network series. Him really was the creepiest character in the entire series history. Nice for the next generation that there will be a new series soon.
