"A lawman and his sons face the ultimate test of courage."
In Valentino, a bank has been robbed and two people have been killed: Sheriff Grady and his assistant Jim Kane. Meanwhile, Cahill's son Danny is in prison for a brawl. Cahill manages to get his son out and a serious conversation ensues between father and son. Cahill knows Danny never liked being away from home for so long and feels guilty about this. Partly because of this, Danny has been dealing with the wrong people. Danny's conscience starts to run high. He deeply regrets letting Struther and his youngest brother Billy Joe trick him into helping Fraser and Brown rob the bank.
