The Indian Wars are over and William F. Cody re-enacts these historic scenes as mass entertainment on his Wild West show, supporting his own heroic role as the legendary Buffalo Bill. He is East Indian deaf to the biting commentary of writer Ned Buntline, who knows that Cody is a fake hero, just a fantasy hero based on a small piece of truth.
