"The far out story of the far west"
The stagecoach containing Zack Thomas and Joe Jarrett is ambushed by Matson's gang. However, Zack and Joe manage to overpower the men, where Zack finds a loot of $100,000. He is very surprised when Joe holds him at gunpoint and takes the money from him. Joe decides to start a business with Maxine Richter. They hope to make their fortune on the riverboat by opening a casino there. Zack gets wind of this and tries to undermine Joe's venture. What Zack doesn't know, though, is that his partner Burden is after him, not Joe.
