The Divine Enforcer plot

"In a world of evil, vengeance is his."

A mysterious new priest arrives in town. The population is unaware that the man possesses an extraordinary collection of weapons and crosses. Soon the priest begins to clear the neighborhood of local drug dealers. One day, the insane Don Stroud confesses to him. He tells him that he is a notorious serial killer and that he is responsible for a bloody massacre in the city. The priest meets a girl who has visions of Don Stroud's atrocities. When she is kidnapped by the latter, the "man of God" decides to take the law into his own hands.
