And then the fifth film in the Angelina Jolie marathon. A reasonable movie. Looks nice, good chemistry between Jolie and Duchovny (a hottie by the way). There are also funny parts for variety, but the story is not very well developed.

Jolie turns out to be dead (but this is what they're playing), but her boyfriend doesn't question why they lied to him, that his henchman is gone and so on. It feels a bit weird. He absolutely wants her back, but why? And why does he think she's not dead? Why was Jolie wearing a transmitter? Was she also a infiltrator? I don't think that is well explained. Those dialogues could have been much better, more emotional and written differently. It goes from heel to branch. The final scene is also short-sighted. The bad guy grabs his weapon in the middle of the road, but you can see it's super busy. Why would you do that? You're 90% sure you're not going to make it . That's just written to wrap up the story, but it's too forced.
