Victor Harris is only entranced when he violently belittles others. His wife Elizabeth (Kristy Swanson) is dying, but a divorce is not possible. Together with her lawyer Roman, she poisons Victor. Unfortunately, the poison does not result in the desired death and Victor falls into a coma where he cannot move. Yet he is certainly aware of everything that is going on around him, including his own autopsy! Victor wakes up and, out of his mind, locks Roman and Elizabeth in the secret room in his house. There he takes gruesome revenge.
