Icon plot
It is 1999 and Russia is on the brink of collapse. Every form of social order is gone, social and moral chaos is complete, daily life is terrorized by the new mafia. In the West people act like their nose bleeds - except for a handful of political observers, who realize that a Russian debacle will also have devastating consequences beyond national borders, whereby the current Balkan conflicts are negligible. Then a new sound is heard. The voice of Igor Komarov, a charismatic detractor who convinces the masses that only he is able to restore ancient Russia in all its glory to a prominent place on the world map.
