The Christmas Edition plot
Jackie, an aspiring journalist, gets an unexpected opportunity to run a small-town newspaper in Alaska. She moves to the town and with the help of a series of Christmas articles she manages to quickly make the newspaper profitable again. In addition, she falls in love, both with her new house and with the handsome son of the former owner of the newspaper. However, when her old boss announces that she wants to take over the newspaper for herself, Jackie needs a Christmas miracle to save it.
