Dracula vs. Frankenstein plot
Judith Fontaine (Regina Carrol) is looking for her sister Joanie, who has gone missing since joining the hippie community in Venice, California. It turns out that her sister has become one of the victims of Groton (Lon Chaney Jr.), a homicidal maniac who works for Dr. Durray (J. Carrol Naish), one of the last remaining Frankensteins to do his experiments on the beach. One evening, Count Dracula (Zandor Vorkov) visits the doctor and shows him where Frankenstein's original creation is buried. The doctor tries to bring it to life in order to take revenge on his rivals.
