In a village on the planet Ura, a power struggle rages between the tyrants Zeg and Bal Caz. Their armies are evenly matched and they each have their own fortified stronghold. Then the last of the Holy Warriors, Cain, enters the village. He offers himself as a mercenary to Bal Caz. This places him at the head of his army to defeat Zeg. When Kain learns that Bal Caz wants him killed after the battle, he backs out at the last minute. At that moment, when the slave trader Burgo appears, Bal Caz and Zeg make a truce. Kain offers his services to Zeg and encounters the beautiful sorceress-princess Naja in his fortress. She is the prisoner of Zeg, who wants her to make a magic sword for him. Kain sets out to free her and help the village of Zeg, Bal Caz and Burgo.
