Wall of Noise plot
"First Winner of Photoplay's Front-Cover Award for showcasing new talent!"
After an argument with his girlfriend Ann Conroy, racehorse trainer Joel Tarrant reports to the riding school of wealthy and mean contractor Matthew "Matt" Rubio. Rubio's wife Laura soon seduces Joel and, to please him, makes an offer for a horse that Joel believes is a potential champion. When Matt finds out about his wife's intentions, he fires Joel. To buy the horse, Joel is then forced to borrow money from Johnny Papadakis, Ann's employer.
