Une Enfance plot
Jimmy is 13 years old and lives in an industrial town in eastern France. Because his mother and her boyfriend fail in their upbringing, he is forced to grow up quickly. He takes on a large part of the care for his younger brother Kevin. During the summer holidays, Jimmy is confronted with the limits of his small village and his fledgling life, as he navigates between his errant mother and an ardent stepfather who keeps him under his thumb.
