Somewhat unbalanced film about a high school student who wanders through excesses of American culture. Sometimes funny, sometimes grim. Talia Ryder stands out as the protagonist.

Crazy surreal trip along the east coast of the United States, where final year student Lillian (Talia Ryder) involuntarily leaves a trail of destruction behind her. The beautiful Ryder, who is somewhat reminiscent of a young Rose Byrne, is excellent in the seductive lead role and the film is entertaining, although messy in terms of camerawork and editing. Fortunately, the sometimes bizarre events and characters keep things lively and interesting.

I thought it was like Alice in Acidland (and I don't mean the Grindhouse film from 1969) in a gritty seventies setting. But then it takes place in the subculture of 2020 when everyone suddenly started thinking in conspiracies. Only that background information is not very well developed. During a bizarre trip, schoolgirl Lillian (Talia Ryder), just like Alice, crosses paths with some strange characters and absurd adventures: the pizza gate that revolved around a pedophile network, a punk with an overly pierced dick, a friendly neo-Nazi, two conceited bickering filmmakers with impressive frizzy hair, a handsome actor who is literally on a high (Holadi, Jacob Elordi) and a drunken priest. Director Sean Prince Williams lets his camera freewheel, but something is bothering him. Too much quasi-intelligent and confusing dialogue, jittery images and too little clarity. Like a true vague trip. Fortunately, we had an introduction from a presenter. Otherwise you won't understand anything.
