Texasville plot
"It's not a place...It's a state of mind"
Sequel to 1971's The Last Picture Show. It's been 30 years since Duane, Sonny and Jacy graduated. Duane got rich in the oil business but now has a debt of 12 million. His wife drinks too much and his children are totally derailed. Sonny is a local politician and businessman, but he suffers from amnesia and very realistic hallucinations. When Jacy, who has lived abroad, returns to cope with the death of her child, Duane seeks her out again. Will they pick up their high school romance again? And what has changed in all those years?
