Rosamunde Pilcher - Das Haus an der Küste plot

Nicolas Breen, his wife Veronica and the children Sally and James lead a happy life in London, but when an aunt offers them a house on the coast of Cornwall, they do not hesitate for a moment. While preparations for the move are in full swing, Nicholas is killed in a car accident. Veronica decides to live in the big house with the children and rents the attic to professor and crime writer Marcus Rydale. Veronica is attracted to this man, but the arrival of a mysterious young woman puts her love to the test.
