Only Love plot
"A story of friendship, sacrifice and second chances."
Silvia Dalessandro decides to register as a volunteer doctor with an international medical organization. She hopes to be sent to an African war zone, but her rich father tries in all sorts of ways to prevent it. Even before her departure, she meets Matthew Heller and a romance develops. Matthew is also a doctor and they are both sent to the Gambia. When they take a few days off and take a trip to the capital of The Gambia, they are ambushed and the consequences are dramatic.
