Nagisa no Shindobaddo plot
Within the context of the tightly organized and formal school system, this film paints a portrait of a number of high school students in Nagasaki. The boys act tough and the girls gossip, but behind that facade everyone has something to hide. The clownish Kanbara hangs out near the girl of his dreams. He only confides in his friend Ito. This gay, shy boy is in love with the decent Yoshida. His sexual feelings bring Ito into conflict with his father, who wants him to be cured of his homosexuality in the hospital.
