"What's Harder than Fighting Imperialism? Try Finding Lost Love."
Lee Hae-Myung is proud to be the most modern guy in Seoul. With his Japanese friend Shinsuke, he enjoys the good life and seduces beautiful girls in dance halls and cafes. One day, in a dance cellar, he discovers Cho Nan-Shil, a beautiful up-and-coming singer who calls herself Laura and whom he is fixated on from the very first glance. They go out together, but Nan-Shil takes Hae-Myung's money and she disappears without a trace, still believing that she is in love with him too. Can Hae-Myung's unstoppable love and dreams for Nan-Shil finally be achieved?
