"In a war zone it is extremely difficult to remain neutral"

Three people want to set up a school for Protestant and Catholic children near the border with Northern Ireland, but they soon notice that this is met with a lot of resistance. When a man is murdered during the opening of the school, tension in the village escalates and seventeen-year-old Benny is kidnapped.
