Finder's Fee plot

After Tepper finds a wallet on the street, he contacts its owner to return it. Immediately after talking to the rightful owner on the phone, he discovers that there is a lottery ticket in the wallet that has been dropped on $6 million. Meanwhile, friends are on their way to his house for the weekly round of poker, and to make matters worse, the group has a habit of gambling with lottery tickets instead of cash. Then the owner of the wallet shows up at the door and decides to join the poker game. Who will be $6 million richer at the end of the game?
