Ferrari plot
"The story of a legend"
The man behind the greatest car empire in history. From old slob to millionaire. Enzo Ferrari's very diverse talents make him a seasoned expert on car racing. He had the choice between becoming an opera singer or a racing driver, but it turned out to be the latter when he became a part-time test driver for CMN (Construzione Mecchaniche Nazionale) immediately after the First World War. In 1920 he joined Alfa Romeo and finished second in the Targa Florio. This success was followed by a second place in the Circuito del Mugello race of 1921 and in 1923 he took the victory at the Circuito di Ravenna. On that occasion he won a coat of arms with the image of a rearing horse, the emblem of a fighter pilot who had died during the war. Ferrari was offered this coat of arms by the fighter pilot's parents and this emblem became one of the most famous in motorsport.
