Entrusted plot
In 1942, the philosophy professor Gregor Lämmle is commissioned by the Nazis to track down the resistance fighter Maria von Gall in France. Maria was not only one of his ex-pupils, but also his great unfulfilled love. She alone knows the access codes to the Swiss secret bank vaults, in which the wealth of many Jews was deposited before the war. Money that the regime's persecuted needs for flight.
