"Voyeurism, LSD and nude bowling... finally, a buddy flick that keeps you guessing!"

Terry is suicidal and wants to jump off a bridge. When he's about to jump, Nick comes up to him to ask about Terry's watch; After all, Terry doesn't need it anymore. They make a deal. Nick gives Terry enough pills to sleep peacefully when Terry hands him his watch. That goes wrong. Then Terry learns that Nick has only a few months to live, and they strike a new deal. Terry must help Nick fulfill some long cherished wishes, and in return Nick will help Terry die.
