Dagen van Gras plot

When the main character smokes his very first joint, Spinvis's song Dagen van Gras is played. For example, the entire soundtrack of famous songs from pop history is key in this coming-of-age story of seventeen-year-old Ben, who languishes in his grieving mother's dowdy villa. When one day he finds an unknown boy in his tree house with his record collection, the friendship is quickly made thanks to the music.
