Comme Ton Père plot

1968. The Maïmon family: Félix, Mireille and their two children, Eric and Michel, arrive in Marseille. A few years later, when they have struggled to integrate into Belleville, Félix meets Serge and they become friends. Serge, however, brings Félix into the world of crime, until the latter is caught by the police and decides to take on the responsibility of gang leader instead of Serge. Out of shame, Mireille tells her children that their father has returned to Israel to fight as a soldier.
