Bewafaa plot
Anjali (Kareena Kapoor), the youngest daughter of her parents (Kabir Bedi and Nafisa Ali) lives in Montreal, Canada. Aarti (Sushmita Sen) is her older sister, with whom Anjali often hangs out. Anjali is in love with musician-singer Raja (Akshay Kumar), who is not rich, but that doesn't matter at all to Anjali, because she only falls for his soul. Anjali tells this secret to Aarti who then assures her that they will get their parents to allow her to marry Raja. But unfortunately for the lovers, Aarti dies prematurely when she gives birth to two daughters.
