Amreeka plot
"Life's best adventures are journeys of the heart."
Muna Farah, a Palestinian single mother, struggles to stay positive. The checkpoints in the West Bank intimidate her, she finds her overprotective mother nagging too much and her failed marriage continues to haunt her. Everything changes when she reads in a letter that her family has been given a US green card. Although she doesn't really want to leave her country, she realizes that this may be the only way to secure the future of her son Fadi.
